Bygones is one of the largest reclamation & salvage yards in the UK, with a hugely varied stock-housed in a 19th century builders yard with its own parking. Bygones will undertake restoration and repairs in marble, stone, glass, metal and wood.

Traditional Lamp Posts & Lanterns Bygones supply from a wide range of street lamp posts and lanterns which are suitable for gardens, patios, driveways, and gate posts. All our lamp posts are made from quality cast iron which is extremely durable and will last a very long time. All posts come sprayed in a 2 pack black gloss finish which is extremely hard wearing. Lanterns also available to be fitted in three different ways: Wall mounted lanterns can come complete with wall mounted brackets. Variouse sizes and combinations available. Driveway or Patio style lantern and lamp post with square base which can be mounted to the ground using anchor bolts. Gatepost style lantern and plinth can be mounted or secured to the surface using large 8" screws with raw plugs. Lanterns are available in real polished copper, copper with black gloss, or steel in a black gloss finish. They all come with clear cut glass and a brass bulb holder fitted.
